- Our website hosting provider and service providers who support the technical operation of the Site (including the Wordfence security plugin and the WPConsent cookie consent tool)
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
As our services concern property in Spain, personal data relating to your property search or transaction may be shared with parties based in Spain (an EU/EEA country) as described in Section 5. Transfers of this kind are not considered a restricted transfer under UK or EU GDPR, as Spain forms part of the EU/EEA. Where any of our service providers are based outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
7. How long we keep data
We retain contact form enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your query, and no longer than 24 months if no further engagement occurs. Data relating to clients we have actively assisted (e.g. property search, contract, or transaction records) is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil our services and any applicable legal, accounting, or tax retention requirements, typically up to 6 years after the relationship ends.
